Belief: The Root of Law of Attraction
55X5 manifesting affirmations are very simple. You write down your affirmation 55 times a day, for 5 days in a row.
You get what you affirm. It works almost every time. Why do I say “almost?”
Because there is undoubtedly a naysayer out there going, “look, I’ll show you it doesn’t work,” and going through the motions to prove it does not work.
But that only proves it does work. Because the root of any manifestation, the root of all laws of attraction, is belief.
Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right.
The power of 55×5 manifesting affirmations lies in you building up the belief that you can actually manifest the thing you are affirming.
The Law of Attraction Principles for 55X5 Manifesting Affirmations
For 55×5, also referred to as 5×55 or 555, to work, you must root it in your understanding of the law of attraction principles.
You see, you must break the habit in your subconscious of disbelief, of not feeling worthy, of doubt.
You absolutely have to step into knowing that you can attract anything into your life that you want, indeed, that you are always attracting, whether or not you are aware of it.
👀 You Are Always Attracting
That is the first principle to accept in the law of attraction, that you are always attracting. You see, the law of attraction states that everything is energy, that you attract what you are, and that everything in your life you have attracted.
Why? The energy of the universe is neutral. The Universe itself, Source Energy, the place we all come from, is infinitely loving, but it is non-judgmental and has no will to impose upon us, so the law of attraction is in place to respond to our energy, whatever we are attracting.
Napoleon Hill teaches this concept in his book Think and Grow Rich. He points out that every single person who ever experienced success achieved it just on the other side of failure.
Where everyone who gave up when they failed stopped believing in their ability to manifest, every person who succeeded never stopped believing in that same ability.
They just knew.
They knew they could achieve, they could succeed, they could get there. Even if they did not have a precise idea of what “there” looked like. They knew they were close, and they merely had to keep reaching.
Not working hard.
Reaching. Aiming. Believing.
🛑 Stop Resisting
One of my favorite quotes is Albert Einstein’s: “I think 99 times and find nothing. I stop thinking, swim in silence, and the truth comes to me.” The goal here is not to stop working at something, stop reaching for something.
The goal is to stop resisting.
Einstein recognizes with this quote that at this point, after 99 times, he is putting up too much resistance. He is proverbially beating his head against a wall.
This force of energy tells the universe to keep sending you resistance, opportunities for frustration, and experiences that will block you. It’s actually kind of cool the way it works. You push, and the universe pushes back.
You push harder, and the universe pushes back harder. Like a game. Remember, the universe loves you, but it is not judgmental. It will not tell you, “stop pushing so hard!”
It knows, in its infinite wisdom, that once you push hard enough, you will have to break down and relax. And in that state of relaxation, you abandon resistance. Once you abandon resistance, you make space for allowing.
Now, all you have asked for can come rushing in. How many times have you heard the story of the cancer patient, stage IV, with slim to no chance of survival, who sells her house and all of her possessions and decides to travel the world before she dies, spending all of her money along the way?
Only to come back home and find she is cancer free. She hit rock bottom and gave up the fight.
That’s the key. Give up the fight. Stop resisting. Swim in silence.
To really make 55X5 work for you, put steps into place to lower your resistance.
Especially if you are someone new to the law of attraction and entering a state of allowing, you will need to prep your workspace metaphorically and literally.
Prepare for 55X5 Manifesting Affirmations.
To prepare to sit down every day and write down your manifesting affirmations, you want to get yourself into a space of genuinely believing what you are writing down.
Give yourself at least one hour before you sit to write 55X5 and do the following:
⏰ Wake Up by 6 AM
In ayurvedic medicine, along with several other spiritual traditions, rising with the sun aligns you with the earth’s energy.
When you step into your natural circadian rhythms, your body, mind, and spirit connect with the universe in a better flow state.
Take your time waking up, rising, putting on comfortable clothes, thanking your body and mind for a good night’s sleep, and making your bed.
Now leave your bedroom for the day. Your bedroom is for sleeping and sex. It is slow, soft, gentle energy. You are getting ready for active, manifesting energy. Leave that space behind.
🍋 Drink Lemon Water
Lemon water activates your active energy and prepares your body to face the day. It improves digestion, allowing you to have an early bowel movement, which also prepares your energy for a successful day.
🦷 Brush Your Teeth and Scrape Your Tongue
Brushing your teeth and scraping your tongue until it is pink is also ayurvedic medicine. It removes all toxins from the night before and prepares you for the day to come.
👣 Go Outside and Walk Barefoot on the Earth
Get outside and walk barefoot on the earth to connect your energy to that of the earth, the material from which you came.
This practice reminds you of your inherent oneness with all things, your connection to something bigger than yourself, and your power.
Your power comes directly from the universe, the same as the earth, and it is limitless, just like the power of the earth. Walking among the life you are connected to, the power you are connected to, centers and grounds you in that knowledge and state of being.
🧘♀️ Do 15 Minutes of Yoga
Yoga will stretch your body, connect your body to your mind, and center your breath.
This will wake you up fully to the day and allow you to set your intentions to manifest whatever you want and remain in a state of peace and joy throughout.
📿 Meditate for 20 Minutes
Finally, sit with your feet planted firmly on the floor, with your legs crossed, or lie flat on your back on the floor, and clear out all of your chakras.
This is a visualization meditation that allows you to scan every part of your body, from the crown of your head to your third eye chakra, to your throat, your heart, your solar plexus, your sacral chakra, and finally, your root chakra.
Imagine each chakra cleaning and clearing as you go. Picture each part of your body filling up with light from the universe as you work your way down.
When you reach your root chakra, imagine that light digging roots down into the earth and looping around in wide circles, connecting you to everything on the earth.
Then imagine that light looping back up from the earth, on all sides of your body, and enveloping you in warm, sacred, loving light. You are immensely powerful in this light. When your timer goes off at 20 minutes, commit to your intentions for the day.
I like to honor the four elements – earth, air, fire, and water – and connect them to my daily practices. Finish with a blessing like “namaste” which means something along the lines of “the light me sees, recognizes, and honors the light in everyone else.”

55X5 Manifesting Affirmations
The goal of this practice is to manifest something physical. You are asking for something literal to experience, to hold in your hands, or to acknowledge in some other concrete way.
55X5 is not for world peace. It is not for general feelings of love or joy. It is specific. You are seeking specific results, so be really specific, short, sweet, and to the point. And be sure you use a tone of acceptance and gratitude.
You must believe you already have it. Because you do. Remember, the universe responds to your asking as soon as you ask. It is already on the way to you.
55X5 merely helps you align with the vibration of the thing you want. Example: “I am grateful for the $1,000 I am receiving.”
Write your affirmation down 55 times on a piece of paper for 5 days in a row, following your magical morning ritual, and really put your whole heart into believing it is on its way to you.
And prepare to be surprised and delighted.
